The Denver City Council has instituted a building-height ban for anything northwest of Coors Field so that baseball fans can continue to enjoy their nice view of the Rocky Mountains.
No word on whether they plan on paying reparations to folks southeast of Coors Field who had their nice view of the Rocky Mountains ruined when it was built in 1995.

I like the joke, but the area SE of Coors is generally made up of skyscrapers and bars.
Stupid government. Aren't most games at night? Can you really see anything at night? They're going to slow economic growth in their city to help a baseball owner sell tickets. Disgraceful.
Not only that, but skyscrapers at night help the same owner sell tickets. It's a pretty weird situation.
Not to mention that there wasn't much more than empty warehouses down there before the stadium was built.
